Cheese, Ham, and Tomato Appetizers

300 g ham or bacon, salami, or turkey if you prefer
200 g sliced cheese feel free to use any type of cheese you like
300 g cherry tomatoes
16 green basil leaves
Instructions
- Start by toasting the slices of bread. Once they’re golden and crisp, cut each slice into 4 pieces. If your bread slices are larger, you can cut them into more pieces to make them roughly the same size.
- Cut the ham and processed cheese into small, even slices, roughly the same size as the bread pieces.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them thoroughly. After they’re dry, slice each one in half.
- On each piece of toasted bread, place a slice of cheese, followed by a slice of ham, a cherry tomato half, and finally a fresh basil leaf on top. If you love basil like we do, feel free to add extra!
