1 head fresh lettuce your choice of type
200 g feta cheese
1 cup sweet corn
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt to taste

- Thoroughly wash the lettuce and pat it dry. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.Dice the feta cheese into small cubes and add it to the lettuce.Add the sweet corn and season with a pinch of salt to taste.
