Fried Mackerel

I really love this fried mackerel recipe. Fish is one of the healthiest types of meat, rich in omega-3s and other nutrients that are great for the body.   • Clean the fish by removing the intestines, head, scales, and so on. Rinse it thoroughly and cut it into pieces about 7-10 cm long.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish and heat oil in a pan for frying.
  • Once the fish starts to brown, flip it over to the other side until it reaches a golden color.
