I love hamburgers! That’s why I thought to share with you my recipe for beef burgers. With a perfectly balanced combination of crispy textures and enticing flavors, this beef burger recipe will make you the envy of all your neighbors (and beyond)!   • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    Shape the resulting mixture into four burgers, making sure to make them as uniform in thickness as possible so they cook evenly (approximately 1.5 to 2 centimeters thick or 0.6 to 0.8 inches).
  • We can use the grill to cook them, or a grill pan, or even a regular pan (although I don't recommend it), over medium to high heat. If you're using a grill, make sure it's well-heated before adding the burgers. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer if you prefer them more well-done. Be careful not to overcook them to avoid drying them out. Meanwhile, we can cut the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast the cut side.
  • After the burgers are done, we place them on the buns and add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumbers, or other preferred ingredients. We can also add cheese slices. Add your favorite sauces and cover with the other half of the bun.
