One of the recipes we love to make at the beginning of summer is roasted potatoes with green garlic sauce. This time of year, everything is fresh and bursting with flavor, making it such a joy to cook with seasonal ingredients.
Green garlic is the highlight of this dish, offering a mild, aromatic flavor that’s gentle on the stomach. If green garlic is out of season, no worries—you can easily substitute it with a classic garlic sauce. These roasted potatoes are absolutely delicious, and the recipe can be taken up a notch by adding some meat, like sausages, to the tray alongside the potatoes.
Let’s get cooking! This simple, flavorful dish is sure to brighten up your summer meals.
