Anyone can make garlic sauce. The key is to make it with passion 🙂 Garlic sauce is as easy to prepare as it is delicious. However, there are often those moments when we can’t enjoy garlic sauce—whether it’s because we have a meeting or an appointment, or it’s too late (eating garlic at night isn’t the best idea), and so on. What’s important is that when we can indulge, we make a truly flavorful garlic sauce.
You can also mix the garlic sauce with yogurt, sour cream, or mayonnaise to create an even richer, tastier dip. However, for dishes like fish, I recommend making a simple garlic sauce, without any extra ingredients.
This sauce goes very well with this potato and egg recipe.
Now, let’s get to work!
